Once you visit our shop, create an account, place orders or use any built-in site functions, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms. You must stop using our services if you disagree with any provision in this document.

If you register an account, you need to submit accurate, up-to-date personal information and properly safeguard your login credentials. You take full responsibility for all operations performed under your own account. Prohibited activities contain fraudulent order placement, mass scraping of website content by automated bots, malicious network attacks, sending harassing messages and other actions that disrupt normal store operation. We reserve the authority to restrict or permanently disable problematic accounts.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, dimension guides, photographs and listed prices accurate. Minor color deviations from screen differences, typographical mistakes and occasional system pricing bugs are not legally binding. We may adjust stock quantities, regular prices and promotional activities without prior individual notice. Orders triggered by obvious system pricing faults can be canceled by us, and corresponding buyers will receive full refunds.

An order becomes officially confirmed only after your payment is cleared successfully. All currency conversion fees and extra surcharges charged by third-party payment platforms shall be undertaken by customers. If purchased goods run out of stock after payment succeeds, our support will reach out to let you choose between equivalent product replacement or a complete refund.

All written content, product imagery, logos, webpage layouts and custom branding elements hosted on our Shopify store fall under the protection of United States copyright and trademark laws. You are forbidden from copying, modifying, redistributing or commercially reusing these assets unless you obtain our explicit written authorization beforehand.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits and secondary losses caused by events outside reasonable control, including force majeure, customs hold-ups, delays from third-party courier services, payment gateway breakdowns and internet outages. The maximum compensation we will pay for a single disputed order will never surpass the checkout payment of that exact order.
